Terms of Service

You may use the Service only if:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service (including by overloading, flooding, or launching denial-of-service attacks)
• Use automated tools (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Service except as permitted by any public API or documentation we provide
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or harming the Service or its users.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain and promptly update your information as needed
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us promptly at support@tanzanite.xyz. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Tanzanite provides analytics, data visualizations, and a job board related to third-party crypto sites and on-chain activity. The Service and all information made available through it are for informational and research purposes only.

You understand and agree that:

• We do not provide investment, trading, financial, tax, or legal advice.
• Nothing on or through the Service is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, token, or other asset.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.
• You should consult your own professional advisors before making any financial or legal decisions.

Tanzanite may include a job board where third-party employers, agencies, or other entities ("Posters") can post job listings or career-related content. You acknowledge that:

• Tanzanite does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any job listing or the Posters behind them.
• Any hiring decisions, interviews, negotiations, or employment arrangements are solely between you and the Poster. Tanzanite is not a party to any such relationship or agreement.
• We are not responsible for any harm, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the job board or any communications with Posters.
• You should use your own diligence and judgment when evaluating job listings, including verifying credentials, checking references, and protecting any personal information you share.

We reserve the right to remove any job listing or user content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

The Service may display, integrate, or rely on:

• Data from blockchains, exchanges, and other crypto infrastructure
• Third-party websites and APIs
• Third-party identity providers (such as Clerk and Google Sign-In)

You acknowledge that:

• We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, availability, or policies of third-party data or services.
• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review separately.
• Links or references to third-party sites or services do not constitute an endorsement.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding third-party content and open-source components) are owned by Tanzanite or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal, lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or defects.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, or current
• Any defects or errors will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanzanite and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Loss of use
• Loss of goodwill
• Other intangible losses

arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data

In no event will our total liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the greater of:

• The amount you have paid us for use of the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or
• USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tanzanite and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required (for example, by email or in-app notification).

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of them.
